Nedved and his girlfriend Dara Rolins, business on Lake Maggiore (at Gigi Riva’s house) –

Heart and business. Pavel Nedved and singer Dara Rolins hannor purchased a piece of land on Lake Maggiore for almost one million euros. Pasture, coppice and arable land recite the cadastral maps of Leggiuno (Varese), on the Lombard side. But it is clear that the vice president of Juventus (436 thousand euros of remuneration last year) and the Slovak artist, very well known in his homeland, will not make the garden for us. The land, paid 440 euros per square meter, buildable.

The Kennedys as neighbors

So the area of 1,970 square meters could be destined for a real estate development operation, or it could be the basis for building a villa, their buen retiro overlooking the lake in the hamlet of Arolo, not far, among other things, from the villa of the Kennedy family which belonged to Eugenio Cefis, former president of Eni and Montedison. Love and turnover are then welded together in a fifty-fifty company with a high-sounding name that the new couple has formed in Turin: Foxy Group.

Couple business

The first step last December when Nedved, 50 years old on August 30, and his peer Rolins buy the land in equal parts (for the land registry they are actually five small contiguous plots). Months later, while between Prague and Bratislava it rages the gossip about the not yet public relationship between the music star and the Juventus manager (since 2019 separated from his wife and in official documents he declares free of state), the company is born. And the mission that is given on a broad spectrum, in Italy and abroad: buying and selling of securities, granting of loans, construction and management of real estate but also management … of the image rights of entertainment and sport, etc. The Group in the name suggests developments in the business and perhaps other partners. Meanwhile the Juventus manager and his partner have given the precious piece of land on Lake Maggiore to Foxy Group. And not just any land: right there in the meadows of Leggiuno ran a child who later became Gigi Riva.
